Contact Improvisation and Contemporary Dance Improvisation
Our dance practice is facilitated by teachers and choreographers sharing their experience with dance improvisation and contact improvisation.
Mostly the format is 1.5 hour guided warm up and tools for dancing, followed by 1.5 hour open dance floor improvisations and jam + optional bodywork to end.
Classes and jams are open to movers, dancers and musicians.
We love that you join us for the whole session, if that is not possible, kindly arrive in time for either for beginning of class, or beginning of jam.
How to dress?
– wear clean and comfortable long sleeve t-shirts and long pants, knee-pads recommended
